How does U-take work?
Senders post a parcel or purchase request. Travelers flying the same route make offers. Once matched, you agree on price in chat, pay securely, and track delivery.
Is it safe?
We verify users, lock agreements in chat, and authorize payment before pickup. Always review traveler ratings and communicate through the app.
What can I ship?
Legal items that comply with airline and customs rules. Prohibited goods (weapons, drugs, perishables without agreement, etc.) are not allowed.
How do payments work?
The traveler sends a price proposal in chat. The sender authorizes payment. Funds are handled through our payment partner according to the locked agreement.
How do I get help?
